Navigating to the hotel wasn't the most straightforward experience. it’s tucked away on a side road, which might be a hassle for some guests. The parking situation was less than ideal—only a couple of spaces available, and I found it frustrating when I discovered my reserved spot was taken by staff. Plus, noise from lorries delivering to nearby shops kept me awake at night—not exactly the peace I was hoping for. while the hotel's façade looks a bit tired, stepping inside shows a different story, which might not be the best first impression for visitors.

The room felt somewhat cramped for three people. a little more space would have made a difference. While breakfast had its merits, the scrambled eggs tasted off, detracting from an otherwise decent morning meal.

Spent a night here and overall, it's solid. The rooms are a good size, the breakfast was pretty decent with a nice spread. Links to London are super quick and cheap. Just a heads up, parking can be a hassle. it took us a while to find a spot.

I had a decent stay at the Holiday Inn in Croydon. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Ali, who checked me in early when I arrived before the official time. The room felt surprisingly spacious for a chain hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a solid variety, and the staff maintained everything well. A couple of downsides, though. One of the two elevators was out of order, which meant longer waits, especially since I was on the 8th floor. There were also some noise issues from the street, particularly in the early morning. I noticed some crumbs on the floor that seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned up recently. The parking situation was a hassle too. very limited space available.
